Frequently asked questions

Is the demo really free?
Yes, for 14 days from the day you connect your Amazon account. You start with a walkthrough on a sample dataset, then connect your own account and run your first analyses. No credit card needed.
What are the usage limits on the demo?
The demo includes the core features, with limits on how much data you connect and how many analyses you run. It is sized so you can see real LF Scores on your own account. When you need more capacity, or want to keep going after 14 days, move to Scale.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
A credit card is only required when you move from the 14-day demo to a paid plan.
When will Shopify, Meta, Google, and TikTok be available?
Shopify is in beta and expected to launch in Q3 2026. Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Shop are on the roadmap. Scale and Custom plans include automatic access to these integrations at no extra cost when they launch.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything to CSV at any time. After 30 days, your account and all associated data are deleted permanently.
Is my Amazon Seller Central data safe?
Yes. We connect via OAuth, which means we never see your password. The connection only requests read access to performance data. You can revoke access from your Amazon account at any time.
