Is the demo really free?
Yes. The demo loads a real dataset with 1,267 days of ASIN level data and 33 logged events. No credit card needed. You can explore every feature except for connecting your own Amazon account.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
A credit card is only required when you upgrade from the demo to a paid plan and connect your real Amazon account. Until then, you can use the demo indefinitely.
When will Shopify, Meta, Google, and TikTok be available?
Shopify is in beta and expected to launch in Q3 2026. Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Shop are on the roadmap. Growth and Scale plans include automatic access to these integrations at no extra cost when they launch.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything to CSV at any time. After 30 days, your account and all associated data are deleted permanently.
Is my Amazon Seller Central data safe?
Yes. We connect via OAuth, which means we never see your password. The connection only requests read access to performance data. You can revoke access from your Amazon account at any time.
