This Privacy Policy describes how UI Assistant Inc, a Wyoming corporation, USA ("Lever Factor", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects data in connection with the Lever Factor platform, a reporting and analytics service for Amazon sellers.
We collect aggregated business data from your Amazon Seller Central and advertising accounts, including sales, orders, units, financial, and advertising performance data. We also collect basic account information you provide when registering (name, email address, company name).
We do not collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) of Amazon buyers. Our access is limited to aggregated business metrics.
Data is obtained exclusively through Amazon's official interfaces: the Selling Partner API (SP-API) and the Amazon Ads API. Access is granted only after your explicit authorization via OAuth. We never access your account without your consent, and you can revoke this authorization at any time.
Your data is used solely to provide the service to you: consolidating your business data into unified dashboards, reports, and analyses visible only to you and users you authorize. We comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. Amazon data is used exclusively to serve the authorizing user. It is never used to train external models, never shared with other sellers, and never sold or disclosed to third parties.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Authorization tokens are stored encrypted. Access to production systems is limited to authorized staff who need it to operate the service. We follow industry-standard security practices and review our safeguards regularly.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We may use infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations, solely to operate the service.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
You can revoke our access to your Amazon accounts at any time, either from your Amazon Seller Central authorization settings or by contacting us. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@leverfactor.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your data is processed in the United States under this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
